Project Problem Statement

Lane Group's existing website was functional and looked professional, however faced some issues around functionality and structure. An opportunity to improve search engine optimisation through the development phase also presented itself.

Project Conclusion

The Lane Group website redevelopment was launched in May 2022, after a three week turn around since initial contact.

The website has a strong visual focus, showcasing large imagery of Lane Group's projects and particularly achieved through the feature project segments; while trying to carefully balance primary project information.

With the focus of this website being the client projects, discussions revolved around an engaging way to extend the homepage beyond just a traditional one hero image and heading text, specifically the use of a smaller image and touch on point.

Visually, this website aimed to balance large imagery and core information - yet offer a sense of simplicity through white space in areas such as the homepage and project pages.
