With a large achievement potentially looming for Alexander, Athletics Tasmania wanted a way to showcase the relationship between athlete and coach, particularly around the opportunites of coaching a para athlete.View live project
The feature video of Alexandar was published to the Athletics Tasmania Facebook page at the peak of the Australian Athletics Championships.
The previous highest reach of a post on the page was 8,400 - Alexanders video: 20,100.
We feel the outcome is an insightful and warm balance between highlighting Alexanders strengths and ability as an athlete, combined with the unique relationship with his coach Rosemary.
Audio insight from both the athlete and coach also enhance the special bond between the two, along with a combination of footage including Alexander in action, the two discussing the training for the day, as well as the interaction between Alexander and what seemed to be everyone else at the track - talk about Mr Popular!
